A NYSDOT project to replace the culvert at the intersection of Route 202 and Warren Street will affect all drivers in the Town of Somers.  Route 202 at the intersection with Warren Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic 24 hours a day for four to eight weeks. The work is scheduled to begin in late June or early July. All vehicular traffic will be rerouted. Signage is being put into place to direct vehicles to alternate routes for the duration of the project.

There will be two open meetings to help inform local residents. Heritage Hills, in conjunction with the Town of Somers, agreed to the use of their large meeting space (the Heritage Room) which is located in their activities center at 8 Heritage Hills Drive.  Please make an effort to attend; learn more about this project and how it will impact you and the town's traffic.
